Start Your Project – Secure Payment

At Applied Designeering Studios, we follow a structured and professional engagement process. To initiate any project, clients are required to make a minimum engagement payment.

🔹 Initial Engagement Fee

Amount: ₹999 (Indian Rupees)

This fee covers:

• Initial consultation and requirement analysis

• Technical feasibility discussion

• Project scope definition

• Preliminary design approach (if applicable)

This amount will be adjusted in the final project cost upon confirmation of full project engagement.

🔸 Purpose of Payment

The initial engagement fee ensures:

• Commitment from both client and service provider

• Allocation of time and technical resources

• Structured initiation of project workflow

🔐 Secure Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through authorised and RBI-compliant payment gateways.

• No sensitive banking or card details are stored by Applied Designeering Studios

• Transactions are encrypted and handled by the payment provider

💼 Payment Terms

• Payment must be completed prior to initiation of services

• Upon successful payment, confirmation will be shared via email or phone

• For larger projects, milestone-based payments will be communicated separately

🔁 Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Full refund is applicable only if cancellation is requested before the commencement of work

• Once the consultation process has begun, the fee becomes non-refundable

• Any eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment method

📦 Service Delivery After Payment

Upon receipt of payment:

1. Client will be contacted for requirement confirmation

2. Project scope and deliverables will be finalised

3. Timeline and execution plan will be shared

4. Work will commence as per the agreed schedule

• The ₹999 payment is strictly an initial engagement fee and does not represent the full project cost

• Final pricing will depend on project complexity, scope, and delivery requirements

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete project inputs

In case of any technical issues or for customised project billing, payment links or official instructions may be shared via registered email or SMS from Applied Designeering Studios.
