Refund Policy – Applied Designeering Studios

1. Nature of Services
All services are customized and non-tangible; hence refunds are limited and governed strictly.

2. Refund Eligibility

• 100% refund: If cancellation is requested prior to commencement of work

• Partial refund: Based on proportion of work completed

• No refund: After final delivery or approval of milestones

3. Non-Refundable Conditions

• Completed or delivered work

• Approved design stages

• Delays caused by client

4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds shall be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method via the same payment gateway.

5. Dispute Resolution
All disputes shall be addressed through mutual discussion before escalation.
