Terms and Conditions – Applied Designeering Studios

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access to and use of services provided by Applied Designeering Studios (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By engaging with our services or making payments through our website, you (“Client”, “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Nature of Services
Applied Designeering Studios provides professional engineering services including but not limited to CAD design, CAE/FEA analysis, product development, concept validation, and prototyping support. All services are customized and delivered based on client-specific requirements.
2. Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that you are legally competent to enter into a binding contract under applicable Indian laws.
3. Scope of Work & Acceptance
All projects shall be executed based on mutually agreed scope, timelines, and deliverables. Any changes to scope may result in revision of pricing and delivery timelines.
4. Pricing & Payment Terms
All payments shall be made in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed.
Payments are accepted via secure payment gateways.
Work shall commence only upon receipt of advance payment or as per agreed milestones.
Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All deliverables, including designs, models, reports, and documentation, shall remain the intellectual property of Applied Designeering Studios until full payment is received.
Upon full settlement, limited usage rights may be granted unless otherwise contractually agreed.
The Company retains the right to showcase non-confidential work for portfolio purposes.
6. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client data, project details, and proprietary information. Clients are equally responsible for safeguarding shared materials.
7. Revisions & Modifications
Revisions shall be provided as per the agreed scope. Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit shall be chargeable.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law:
The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Deliverables are intended for design and prototyping purposes only and require independent validation before production or deployment.
9. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from misuse of services or deliverables.
10. Termination
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in case of:
Breach of Terms
Non-payment
Misuse of services
11. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be held liable for delays or failure due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, or governmental actions.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Madurai, Tamil Nadu.
