1. Mode of Delivery
All deliverables shall be provided electronically via secure digital channels including email or cloud-based platforms.

2. Delivery Timelines
Timelines shall be defined based on project scope and complexity and communicated prior to commencement.

3. Client Dependencies
Timely delivery is subject to receipt of complete and accurate inputs from the client.

4. Delays
Delays caused due to external dependencies, client-side delays, or technical constraints shall not be attributable to the Company.

5. No Physical Shipping
No physical goods are shipped unless explicitly agreed under a separate contract.
